Pros
Department manager very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great co-workers Excellent vacation policy (up to 6 weeks PTO), ability to work from home on occasion, good training, good benefits.
Cons
Not all departments are as well managed as ours. Very focused on the bottom line. Lack of appreciation for those who have many years of experience with the product line. Temperature and fumes in the manufacturing areas.
