      The plant manager is an amazing person and tries his best to support the plant with corporate throttling everything from machine upgrades to pay.

      The pay is extremely poor for the amount of labor.

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
