Linkedin sent an alert that I was looking for a new job, a week later I was personally requested by the CEO to come back to the company for a new and higher position. Your hard work, efforts and dedication is openly acknowledged and rewarded by the CEO personally. A fun and friendly work environment. Close to NY Port Authority-Bus Terminal (1 Block away) Monthly/weekly staff appreciation and team building events Company stocked refrigerator and snacks Free clothing samples at the end of the season. Supportive staff and training Actively recruit young staff who want to learn and grow with the company and within the industry. Everyone has a voice and are asked for their input when possible.

Cons

My commute from NJ is about an hour sometimes so the days are long.

Pros

GMC's heart is it's employees working together as a team. We all bring the company together and the CEO always shows appreciation for our teamwork. Everyone gets a performance review. Hard work and dedication are appreciated in the end. The CEO is very passionate person and she cares a lot about GMC and the success of everyone in it. She would say the employees are the soul of the company but I believe she makes the company work. Whether it's planning for our future growth or helping us automate our tasks for individual growth, all are intended for our success. She wants us to strive not just for the Company but for ourselves. I appreciate her dedication to GMC and her appreciation for everyone in it.

Cons

Gets busy at times but only because the company is advancing so much.

Unorganized and so many changes made. Not enough people on teams so a lot of work.
