Things move fast. Like any startup in growth mode, not everything is figured out yet—processes, tools, org structure. If you need a well-oiled machine, you’ll struggle. Too many priorities, not enough focus. We’re ambitious (which is great), but that can sometimes mean trying to do everything at once without clear prioritization. The intent is good, but we’d benefit from narrowing our focus. Structure still catching up to scale. As we bring in more talent, we need better clarity around roles, reporting lines, and ownership.
