Pros

No pros, they will pay you whatever amount you ask for but only to search for your back up , as soon as they have your back up they will fire you.

Cons

highly unprofessional people , they constantly blame you for everything without any support. no support from high management and HR. They will do something else and tell you something else.

Micro management No genuine appraisal Biased in terms of preferring a particular community Still using old strategic plannings Less work and more politics 0 % employee centric and no empathy towards employees. HR do not have their own opinion and decisions

Salary on time good pay

Cons

Management has no clue on how to run the show, not clear on their vision on scaling up the business and managing the team. Hiring the senior resource but don't know how to utilize them. Technical folks are doing sales, BDR is doing Account Management job and account management is doing BDR Job, absolutely no clue at top management. no job security and stability in the job. Nepotism at its best
