Pros
Open, transparent management, energised and focussed team members with a desire for collaboration and 'get it right' first time. There is an agile and empowering 'OneTeam' culture that promotes and supports innovation and new ways of working post Covid. This has been a hugely positive experience since joining from a corporate hospitality role and renewed my passion for working in this industry.
Cons
Smaller teams and less corporate backup mean that all departments need to be accountable to deliver guest satisfaction. Not so much a con but you are heavily reliant on everyone performing to the best of their ability.
