Genuinely a good company but a bit lost - Project Manager Guidepoint Employee Review

upper management is a bit clueless on how to run operations and what kind of expectations they need to set. Also, they dont really know whats going on at an account level. I can see why new joiners might not feel like theres enough opportunity to grow. Can be fixed. Some really good talent still there.
