This can be spun differently on your résumé depending on what industry would like to get into, but that is pretty much the only good thing about working here.
Cons
The culture is incredibly toxic, there is no room for people of color, and honestly it is built on a model of hiring fresh college grads and then watching them burn out in a year.

Pros
the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days
Cons
Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
