Pros

- Good pay for entry- level roles - Guaranteed promotion IF you meet all the expected goals - You get to learn about various industries

Cons

- Given that most of the leads have been in the company for several years, they tend to be very cliquey and don’t really bother getting to know the Associates. - Some managers (white) often favor white employees over BIPOC workers. Either giving them more projects or by simply interacting with them more. - Some managers either micro-manages you or does not bother to check in with you. - Some managers rely on fear tactic - Benefits aren’t that great. Pretty expensive for a global company - If you don’t like to be treated as a number then this is not a good place for you

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are constantly making progress in these areas. We actively invest in initiatives designed to promote diversity in leadership roles. All employees, regardless of title or seniority, are also required to complete DEI training to ensure a more inclusive environment. That said, we acknowledge that there is more to be done. If you would like to continue this conversation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your human resources representative.

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
