No feedback from the so-called supervisors. You are left wondering what is happening most of the time and doesn't matter how much time or effort you put into your job, it will often go unnoticed. No job security, people fear that they can be let go at any time for no apparent reason. This has happened to a few of my co-workers. You are forced to write a Glassdoor review on day 1 to make sure it's positive. Pretty soon you find out it is not as great as you originally thought, quite the opposite in fact. No work-life balance. You are expected to be married to your job. You feel forced to wear a smile on your face and be fake so that you can be accepted by the management. But all it takes is few drinks with your co-workers after work to find out how they really feel about their jobs.. Proceed with caution..
