Pros
If you've come into this company in the last year or so, its a ton of work and a ton of fun. There's so much that needed to be fixed from former workers who didn't know what they were doing. They people that stayed are hard working and have the best culture and are happy that the creeps and stay-in-your-office all day managers are gone. There are actually people who know the answers to our questions now and don't ignore issues that are really a problem. We have townhall meetings every month and the President tells us everything that is going on, good or bad, which I have never had at any other place i've worked.
Cons
There's too much change, we need some calm. Every department has had people fired. There are still people who don't want to work as hard, but we need to try and save them or ask them to step it up instead of just getting rid of everyone. The advsiors are old as dirt and probably will not use half the things we are doing. Some departments are still able to whine about having to work 8 hours per day and 4-6 weeks vacation which is a joke because they are the worst workers. There are no more raises which is terrible for the good people.
