Nice new office space and location.
Cons
New executive management constantly cutting staff, expects service levels to be maintained as well as unrealistic deadlines met on multiple major projects. Receptionist left and we have “volunteers” that rotate through the front desk. Increased workload, no more COL increase and starting next year longer workday and smaller PTO/vacation.

Awesome support when I initially joined. At the time, even the "President" of the company met with one of my reluctant clients in the corporate office to assure him that the company was a great place. It felt like my old firm when I first start 20 years ago. I am able to call individual back office help directly, rather than going through an endless call center phone chain. HUGE GDC payout schedule, compared to employee firms. Not too many middle managers trying to justify their positions by constantly hounding you for worthless meetings. Compliance works WITH you, not in an adversarial manner.
Cons
The tech is a little behind the large employee firms. But if you're resourceful, it is no problem once you get yourself familiar with the systems.
