I have had the privilege of working as an affiliate counsellor for Health Assured for four years, since June 2021. Personally, I have always found Health Assured to be an efficient, well-organised, and supportive organisation.
The case managers are consistently friendly, approachable, and professional. Their clear communication and willingness to offer guidance have made my role both smooth and rewarding. I have always felt valued as part of the team.
One of the highlights of being a Health Assured affiliate is the Affiliate Club. The CPD meetings provided are not only interesting but also relevant and informative. They cover a wide range of mental health-related topics, which has helped me to continue developing my skills and stay up to date with best practices.
I am, and have always been, proud to be associated with Health Assured. It is a pleasure to work with an organisation that truly cares about the well-being of both its clients and its affiliates.
Cons
It would be even more beneficial if participants had access to the slides or materials from the CPD events provided by the Affiliate Club. This would help consolidate learning and allow for future reference.
