Pros

You’re heard, respected, and trusted — no matter your title or how long you’ve been here. Ideas are welcomed, and your voice matters. It’s never boring — this isn’t the kind of place where you fall into a routine, get stuck in a loop, and start job hunting after two years. There’s always something new to learn or build. Incredibly supportive colleagues — if you’re stuck or unsure about something, someone will respond and help. No egos, just teamwork. The product speaks for itself — working in sales has never been easier. You're not convincing people to buy something they don’t need; you're seeing if you can solve their problems, and when it makes sense, you negotiate. Strong presence in the tech world — we sponsor and attend top industry conferences, so you get the chance to travel and represent the company (if you want to — no pressure). Flexible hours and autonomy — as long as the work gets done, no one is breathing down your neck. You own your time and your outcomes.

Cons

Since we operate in a remote and globally distributed environment, communication sometimes takes a little longer due to time zone differences. However, it’s manageable, and the team stays responsive and understanding throughout.

Pros

- The customer use cases are absolutely fascinating and evolve on a regular basis - We have defensible differentiators from both a business and technical perspective in sales cycles - We are always innovating our product portfolio to meet current and future market demands - We deliver new product functionality to our customers faster than any company I've ever worked for - We have a customer-first mindset: if we don't work make the customer successful, then we aren't successful as a business - We always negotiate with grace and never put unnecessary pressure on the customer, making it a very formidable relationship from the start - I've never had a situation where a customer is unhappy on a Friday night or weekend that I've had to spend working on a disaster - THE PRODUCT FLAT OUT WORKS - Our support team is so good that prospective customers fall in love with us before they ever sign - and our retention rates are in the high 90s (world class). - Our Solutions & Engineering team members are absolutely the smartest group of people I've ever had the privilege of working with

Cons

- The only con would be that there are fewer face-to-face opportunities to meet with colleagues because we are spread out, but most people are totally okay with this.

Pros

A one of a kind, "people & family first" remarkable culture & company. Joining HAProxy Technologies was not a sudden change for me. For seven years before stepping into this role, I served as an advisor to the company. This gave me a front-row seat to the HAProxy culture, and to CEO Dujko Radovnikovic’s leadership style and vision. The culture is defined by deep technical know-how, genuine collaboration, and strong loyalty. And some of Dujko’s team members have been with him since his first company back in 2001,. That kind of shared, long-term commitment speaks volumes about his character and the positive environment at HAProxy Technologies. This spirit runs through the whole organization, from the open source HAProxy project to the engineers working on enterprise products. The team here is packed with talent - absolutely one of the most remarkable engineering teams I've ever seen, passion, and a shared drive for excellence. They're active in multiple open source communities, always learning and contributing. I knew this was a place where I’d be constantly challenged, stretched, and inspired – the kind of place where I thrive.

Cons

I can't think of many. It is definitely not for the faint of heart - the team is brilliant, the technology is very complex, the discussions are super deep.
