Pros

-Training opportunities are plentiful -Lots of software (if you scream and beg for it) -Large projects with a wide variety of tasks (may need to travel) -Deep bench of expertise to call on

Cons

-Top heavy on management -Weak middle management -Corporate and MBA rhetoric disseminated too often(i.e. Thought Leadership, synergy, etc.) -Transparency is touted, but compensation is disparate between management and the rest

Pros

Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

Cons

Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.

Pros

Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

Cons

PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.
