I learned more from working at HEOPS than any other company in my work history. I have carried the Mantras and Core Beliefs with me into my new career as well as my personal life. Thank you for the example of strong work ethics and lessons learned. Compensation Great.

My only wish would have been for a better work and home life balance. With that said, I understand building a successful business takes time and dedication. Benefits not so great.

There are no really good reasons to work here. Snacks are provided and the location of the office is nice.

The company is ran by an individual who understands how to develop a business but lacks the ability to grow and lead personnel. The owner lives in a fantasy world that is draped by fancy quotes of "cultural values”, but yet does not fully understand how to fulfill the very phrases that are quoted. This in turn has created a toxic work environment that should be avoided at all costs. The directions and guidance are hazy at best. There is a lack of fundamental leadership and it is lacking from the top. When you interview for a position, you will feel like this is a great job and a great environment. However, when you start work you will soon realize that you were sold a damaged bill of goods. Usually a small company such as this is a pleasure to work for, but look at the reviews posted here. A company with this high of a turnover rate should be avoided at all costs. If you are seeking employment, KEEP MOVING!
