      Honestly cant think of any pros other than they have a very nice office space.

      Cons

      Over worked under paid. Owners treat people like dirt. It is a revolving door. nobody stays longer than 6 months tops. Promise customers things that are impossible for the team to accomplish. all around bad people.

      Employees are allowed to work remotely, but management's outrageous demands destroy every possible benefit completely.

      Cons

      - Nobody lasts long here because employees are treated atrociously! - Leadership is ruthless and degrading. - Most managers are arrogant and belittling. - Employees are pushed past exhaustion every single day with absolutely no support! - Unless being treated like worthless dirt sounds appealing, staying far away would be the smartest decision possible!
