The management is extremely closed minded and makes unfair decisions. This company is basically a revolving door of people. The only people that stay are the owners. Staff is severely underpaid and over worked. They hire a lot of young people fresh out of college and expect them to work an insane amount of hours for a salary that is much lower than what the competition offers. Employees generally stay for about 3-6 months until they realize that they can make more doing the same thing for someone else. Sales reps are oftentimes not compensated for work that they bring in. If you are considering a career here, I strongly suggest that you look for other options.

Job was advertised as a chance to gain experience and support a more altruistic mission of supporting a veteran's cause. I was responsible for scanning documents and told that it helps veterans get better care from the VA. Maybe it does but workflows are haphazard, management less than interested in the workers, and infighting between company and technology provider a constant. My recommendations for improvement were dismissed and the entire time I was there I felt like I was just a number. Turnover in this company is reported to be some of the highest in the paper scanning business.
