      Poor management which creates a hostile work environment and bad over all morale. Poor customer service.

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
