HOOPP is an extremely generous company in terms of salary and contributions to the communities. HOOPP has a lot of fun activities for staff participation HOOPP HR stress management activities are good.
Cons
HOOPP has no corporate culture and identity. Multiple cultures within the organization. HOOPP manages by fear and for a small company has too many staff participating in office politics that contributes to toxic environments in some of the areas of the organization. HOOPP incurs unnecessary expenses.
