      - Can be very bureaucratic to finish tasks due to the amount of approvals needed, but is understandable giving the scale of the company

      Very helpful, supportive, and hardworking colleagues despite management. Great pay and benefits in theory

      Cons

      Unclear strategy, compensation would be good if it matched the insane workload and pressure, layoffs always looming, cutthroat management, weird cult like behavior for C-suite, pressure and lowkey misery of colleagues actually sent me back to therapy
