Junior - Full Stack Developer HP Inc. Employee Review

Management putting pressure on the people without thinking about burn out, no consideration towards the employee whatsoever. One of many illustrious example, manager told me: "You are working 8 hours a day, I need you on this topic at least half of that time and I mean at least 5 hours." Initially, I thought it was just a "mistake", tried to push back stating half of 8 is 4 not 5, while the reply was essentially that in our team half of 8 is how much my manager says. Terrible.
