Pros
Brand Value is Good. If the manager and team are good you can expect a good work-life balance.
Cons
Working in some teams is really tedious and some managers are just focused on updating high and unrealistic goals to upper management and least bothered about the employees. Freshers are not given proper and rigorous training (as so many things on which you work here are very specific to HP) Though they say HP is very good at the work-life balance that's not the case in every team.
