Excellent work/life balance. Strong work ethos - you can take on as much work as you want. Expansion of roles and responsibilities available. Support for continuing education.
Cons
Up to the restructuring of the company into HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, there has been a lack of vertical movement in the organisation. Now that the HP split has occurred, opportunities should return for ambitious employees.
HP Inc. Response

Hi and thank you for your review! We appreciate your pointing out that we have a lot of talented employees and that there is a lot to learn here. It's the people like yourself (congrats on 10 yrs+) that have made us what we are. I noted your advice to management and the cons. As we consolidate our business and new teams, new opportunities for vertical movement will surely be available. ~ Madalina Antohe, Employer brand & digital media

Pros
Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".
Cons
ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors.
Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
