      Pros

      Colleagues around me are knowledgeable and helpful. Work environment is good, there are a lot of staff engagement initiatives going on which helps greatly in building connections. Work culture is good, boss does not micromanage, but empowers and entrusts staff, while actively focusing on enablers for staff’s work. Work life balance is good as well

      Pay may not be the most competitive, but still good

      Pros

      Very helpful, supportive, and hardworking colleagues despite management. Great pay and benefits in theory

      Cons

      Unclear strategy, compensation would be good if it matched the insane workload and pressure, layoffs always looming, cutthroat management, weird cult like behavior for C-suite, pressure and lowkey misery of colleagues actually sent me back to therapy
