      Pros

      Solid Paycheck + Benefits, flexible for most of the year, work isn't that difficult but can still be engaging.

      Cons

      Work is rather boring/can be tedious sometimes. Not really anything the company can do about that. Winter Months are busy and not very flexible.

      HRSoft is remote-friendly to employees.

      Cons

      Owned by the VC Bow River Capital. This group does not care about the employees at their individual companies, their performance, or their contributions, and will lay off employees at will without reason or advance notice.
