      Work from Home, Hybrid schedule for some areas, good benefits, good development training and encourages certification

      Cons

      Every other year there is some type of restructuring and sometimes level of uneasiness and fear of becoming redundant. New raise/bonus structure makes it hard to reach top level reviews. Everyone is essentially just performing and hard for you to translate that to raise and bonus.

      Pros

      Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.

      Cons

      Came to work one day and they just had the keys changed and the doors padlocked.
