      Great technology but not worth the headache

      Cons

      Mismanaged straight from the top, no investment in people, no investment in training, no investment period. I bet by now they have changed all personnel again but issues still remain. Need to remove the common denominators. No discernible path!!

      Legitimate former and existing employees are trying to make legitimate complaints on this site

      Cons

      The con lies within the person responding to the grievances. It’s clear she /he is not looking for solutions yet merely to either make excuses or blow off the grievance completely which actually validates the complaint that I’ve been reading about htg.
