Cons

The Executive Team is a disaster, changing strategy every 3-4 months. The science behind the product is weak and you cannot trust the data coming out of their Service lab. They had laid off their sales team 5X's in the past 4 years.

Great technology but not worth the headache

Cons

Mismanaged straight from the top, no investment in people, no investment in training, no investment period. I bet by now they have changed all personnel again but issues still remain. Need to remove the common denominators. No discernible path!!

In an ethical company, the following is true: - Management have higher education and is well trained - Internal documents accurately reflect reality - Product performance tests accurately reflect real-life performance - Products are manufactured with a high level of QC testing - Products have low variability - Product claims reflect actual performance - Collaborating partners stick with the company long term - People with knowledge and training stay with the company - Customer complaints are few and far between Obviously none of this is true for this company. If your idea of a good job is rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic, this is the company for you.
