Inconsistent Schedule, Large amount of information

HW Home dominates the design and high end furniture business in Denver. The stores are a spectacular place to work. Clients are very nice and it is fast paced. The owners and managers are fair yet demanding. I think becuase the company maintains such high levels of customer serivce and i feel they really care about me. Owneship was exceptionaly kind when i was out ill. I generally get all my requested time off. Our pay and benefits are better than others in the industry. It feels like a warm family here. We have health care, 401k, and paid days off!

The schedule comes out later than i would like sometimes, and often changes. i understand the changes are becasue the managers are adapting to last minute peer requests. The owners strive for perfection in how the stores lookand how we treat customers. not really a con as this is why the HW business and reputaion is so good. it is retail so we work most weekends.
