It's a nice company to work at, great people, good culture. Pay is above average. You can learn a lot in the job, and management are always willing to help and assist you grow.
Cons
it's a rather small company with lots of new projects so the work load is constantly heavy. If work-life balance is a deal breaker for you this could be a tough ride.
