      Everything, no time to yourself outside of work and a constant need to appease upper management without being given proper guidance/leads.

      Pros

      Great co-workers for the most part. Fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      You are expected to work basically 24/7. No advancement opportunities unless you are buddies with upper management. Rules constantly changing to accomodate those that are in the inner circle.
