      Only pro is if you like driving

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Sending drivers on trips with a gps that doesn't work. Not paying drivers for time sitting waiting for calls when they could be spending time with family. Suspending drivers when hr drops the ball

      Pros

      They work with all schedules and the supervisor is very understanding and works with your schedule great for me because I’m a fulltime student.

      Cons

      Your on call 24/7 when you do work so the hours are scattered
