Pros

Tbh there isn’t really much pros the comments from other or former employees will tell you otherwise

Cons

Honestly I was looking for an extra stream of income on the side first red flag I did a virtual interview for this company and I felt like it was rushed and it lasted for 10 mins they didn’t really go into depth besides an introduction and what they do okay but I decided to give it a try and I got hired complete the paperwork and training. But one of the things I find odd was that I didn’t get any communication on my schedule and the hours plus I work full time nightshift and I was supposed to do a ride along but I had to reschedule due to me being tired but I haven’t heard anything back from this trainer nor he didn’t answer my question about the schedule and hours so I decided not to move forward one thing I cannot stand is inconsistency and miscommunication and I just looked at it as a sign that I was not meant to work there and reading the comments I just knew better that this company is a big red flag I wouldn’t want to work there either in the beginning if they can’t communicate guess imma have to look for other PT work good luck to those who are working or currently applying I would read the comments first before I even put an application in 🤷🏾‍♂️

Pros

Unlimited vacation policy for corporate workers, other corporate peons are generally nice

Cons

Executive leadership has built the organization from the ground up with micromanagers, the approval process has corporate operations in a chokehold, private equity ownership dictates every single corporate decision, no opportunity for advancement unless you're buddies with leadership, culture of overworking
