      We have an awesome team that makes it a great place to work. If you enjoy helping people and staying busy this is the place to be.

      Cons

      This is an extremely demanding industry. If you do not want to put in the effort this would not be the place for you.

      Pros

      The people you work with, your peers, become friends.

      Cons

      They work you tirelessly until you’re burnt out. You are required to deal with awful homeowners and Board members even if they scream in your face. It’s “part of your job”.
