Pros
Not sure if things have changed since I left but commissions are paid out every month. Larger banks pay commissions quarterly. They use to always have branch and individual employee competitions that pays out cash, deposited directly Into your bank account. Their products have great rates so selling them is really easy. They give raises upon good annual reviews.
Cons
While the work overall is easy, you don’t get a lot of support from upper management. Some of the branches are small, but have a large customer base and the work can be overwhelming.
