Pros

Rally opportunities help to keep the employees close to the customer. Having the chance to hone my skill set by working with some of the most qualified individuals in the business. Great product. Discounts. Pride in manufacturing a quality product in the USA.

Cons

Declining pay and benefits. The business is shifting from taking care of the employees and shareholders, to taking care of upper management and the shareholders. Some of the real talent "value adders" are starting to leave the motor company.
