Pros

Almost impossible to get fired. You can be utterly incompetant and conduct yourself extremely poorly with near zero ramifications.

Cons

If you work hard, have good job knowledge, perform above and beyond, you will be given the workload of those who don't, and you will not be compensated for it. Management is completely inept and values surrounding themselves with yes men and cronies that are permitted to do little to no work and get promoted for it. You are better off going into a dealership than ever going to Harley's proving grounds. The pay is well below market value, so they can only retain low performing employees. It sounds prestigious to work for Harley, but they use that to keep your pay low by telling you to your face you're lucky to work for them.

Pros

The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.
