Pros
The things that first strikes out about Harness are 1. The transparency that the leadership brings to the team. Everyone is aware of direction in which company is going. What are we delivering and has a direction what we going to build and why we build it. It's customer first company. 2. On-boarding process is organized. It's well oiled training process which gives clear overview of the product. 3. Engineering teams have proper processes. Things move fast. Most importantly you know why are building the part you are building and you can tie how does this feature help customer. 4. There's a positive culture. People celebrate small milestones in Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Recruiting and Finance teams every couple of weeks. Mainly i see people get appreciated and recognized for the awesome work people do. 5. I can confidently say Harness is one of the few startups who have been successful in actually using machine learning in the product. Its proper supervised and unsupervised learning. No rules engine here.
