Management shakeup recently. Your situation depends on the manager and it is a non stop work culture. High level attrition and people do not stay more than 3-4 years. Quite a few toxic micromanagers are in the company in many of the teams.

Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
