      - This company is winning on all fronts, and it's nice to be on a team that's winning - Given the caliber of leadership, there's coherent product/sales/financial strategy and they communicate it up and down the org

      Cons

      - This is a fast moving company with high expectations, which isn't what some people may be looking for - The distributed employee base means more travel to work side-by-side with important counterparts

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
