Pros
It only took a short time to move up to a full-time position. There were some co-workers who were respectful, thoughtful, and I will miss them. At first, the workload was not impossible.
Cons
I received very little training for my position and criticism thereafter for making mistakes or not being fast enough. Middle management has too much weight on their shoulders and they take it out on those below them.
