Pros
Bonus checks were fantastic due to COVID, also HT took care of us during the spring with several bonuses and an extra 2 dollars an hour.
Cons
Working in Customer Service is basically a glorified cashier, we are constantly on a register, the schedule for the front end is always short and being a clerk means we do 3 jobs at once, management needs to work on retention and growing employees instead of a constant change of new people
