Pros
Flexible hours, not working overnight, co-workers are very easy to get along with, and regular customers are great, bonus checks twice a year
Cons
Store management doesn't care about your concerns and treat you like you have no feelings. They don't ask you to go work for another store, they tell you. Many times the store manager has been outright disrespectful and acts like he is too good to speak to us lowly workers directly. Department managers are disorganized and a bunch of young kids no more experienced than myself. You can be yelled at if you go over forty hours even if it's just one minute, they complain about part time workers getting more than 25 hours even if it's one hour. They lied to us making it sound like this amazing job and it would be so rewarding. The cons have driven so many good employees away.
