Pros

Has benefits, flexible schedule, can move up easily in certain situations

Cons

Pay isn't competitive anymore as they "reverse strike" against rising labor costs. Forced employment contract for new meat cutters, bad store management, bad upper management, has continually gone downhill since 2019 even though they're recording record profits. Employees in a mass exodus to higher paying positions in other companies. Musical chairs style staffing where people are flung around like dolls, in some cases having to work multiple positions or stores to get hours. Store directors and managers last 6 months maximum before being shipped off. Loyal workers with decades experience finding out on Facebook that they've been transferred with no warning. The list goes on. Some of this is because of the current economic situation, but a lot is self inflicted.

Pros

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Cons

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
