This is the primary cause of salaried management misuse/abuse & increased stress for hourly associates *Work/Life Balance-Who wants to work 60-70 hours a week & get compensated for 47 *High turnover *Antiquated intense inventory processes *Business/IT systems of yesteryear *Constant corporate visits with negative impact on morale *I have had a successful 20+ year career within this industry. Four and a half years were spent with Harris Teeter. It is by far, the worst salaried management experience to date.
