Pros
They are very welcoming to younger people trying to get started with work and are very flexible and understanding due to the nature of younger people.
Cons
Management plays a big role in how enjoyable the work environment can be and I had some great ones but also some terrible ones. I think there could be a better understanding for what some managers are capable of and if they are a good fit for a specific location.
