Pros
Some really stellar people to work with, but they are leaving FAST. Fully paid health benefit premiums and good 401K match. Generous salary - but not worth it. Flexible work opportunities. Nice offices and free lunch - when not in the midst of a global pandemic.
Cons
SERIOUS toxic bro culture. Founding and female leadership (Cx, VP and Director levels) have left or been forced out of the company. Remaining leadership is DISMAL: completely overfaced managing a (potential) hypergrowth company and not equipped/qualified to take it to the next level. Sales and marketing are crippled by inept VP/Cx level interference and unrealistic demands. Planning is not in the corporate vocabulary. PE investors and board far too involved and prescriptive - no room for innovation, creativity or doing things right. Leadership refuses to push back. Promotion of and policies around DE&I and culture are strictly lip service.
