Pros
Great company to work for. New management was brought in to make changes and improve the company's profitability. Casual work environment with plenty of company perks, bike rides, showers, relaxed dress code.
Cons
A lot of management is controlled in Levis Canada so there is room for improvement. Culturally the home office and the office in Lexington is quite different. Need more support to get things done and have Levis office listen to Lexington office.
