Pros
Coworkers are wonderful, they really take interviews seriously and bring on the right people. Great benefits and time off. Flexible schedule. Great if you can put your head in the sand forever.
Cons
They then treat those people like cogs in the machine. Upper management constantly say that they care about their team but if you have to continue to say that…that means it’s not true. Because what they do doesn’t support this. The layoffs and constant change in care hours is just a few examples. The changes are nonstop with that being said I can’t keep up. The support since the layoffs are non existent. It’s a joke. I laugh at the situation I’m in almost daily. It’s frustrating and nobody seems to genuinely care. It’s all so fake. Never have I ever worked anywhere that the people are so fake, or disingenuous. It’s so much toxic positivity.
